One for All Users (My Hero Academia) can use a special quirk called "One for All" that only they can use, pass it on to one user to another and it can't taken by force.
Power/Ability to:	Possess a power/ability that only one can use.

The power to possess a power/ability that only one can use. Variation of Psychic Power and Emotional Power. Version of Sentient Power. Not to be confused with Emotional Power.

Capabilities

The user possesses and utilizes a semi-living powers that; only they can use; because it can sense their intentions and sometimes, actually possesses conscious thought. The user has a symbiotic relationship with the powers and can summon or create anything that; only the power can offer and utilizes it how ever they see fit; including weapons, armors, entities, other special powers, etc.
