Power to teleport someone who you have strong feelings for to your location, or teleport yourself to the location of someone who you have strong feelings for. Combination of Empathy and Teleportation.

Capability

The user can teleport another person to their presence simply by associating/having strong feelings (love, desire, hate, etc.) for the person. The user can also use this ability to teleport. Their feelings for another person can teleport them to that person's location.
