The ability to transmute pure energy into physical matter. Sub-Power of Energy Manipulation.

Capabilities

User can absorb, store, transfer, change, diminish, supercharge and/or transmute pure energy into physical matter or into state which is both and neither. This can be used to grant any desire by transferring thought based energy into physical materia, taking the shape of the users deepest and fondest inner wish. Or it can take a marginally weak energy source and channel it through themselves to magnify it many times over.
