Capabilities

Users are masters of wielding flails, weapons consisting of a striking head attached to a handle by a flexible rope, strap, or chain. The wielder has reached a level of mastery that allows for relative ease in the dispatching of foes, whether they are of equal, or possibly greater strength. In the user's hands, the flail becomes one of the most versatile of weapons, able to cause immense blunt force trauma, but also being capable of more creative applications by utilizing the length of the chain.
