Capability

The user is proficient at using the sai at a superhuman level.

Sai are blunt melee weapons that consist of two lateral, curved prongs (the yoku) and a central shaft (the monouchi). The weapon is primarily used to strike opponents, but masterful use of a sai consists of various techniques such as trapping, parrying, and capturing opponents.
