Capabilities[]
The user can manipulate clouds of magical nature, such as those found in magical lands of fiction or even those of conceptual realms such as Heaven or Paradise - it is a very common theme in many fantasy settings as well as some folklore / theology; while often symbolic in nature, there are many cases where these magical clouds are shown to exist in a manner in which characters can interact with them.
Examples range from entire kingdoms or realities made out of magical cloud to small personal magic clouds that some characters use as transportation (for example, many angels and divine beings are shown floating on mystical clouds).
The power comes in two distinct levels, though sometimes they can overlap, with the lower ends of the power being similar to esoteric weather and involving the traditional "castle in skies" or "magic cloud" concepts while the higher ends of the power may deal with divine concepts such as angels, deities and in some cases the soul itself.
