Capabilities[]
The user can manipulate infectious substances with special properties and a mystical nature. With mastery, the wielder could use the esoteric disease for a variety of weird effects. What makes these diseases so special is that, unlike many traditional diseases, they aren't limited to being airborne, as they can be spread by knowing about them, seeing symbols, reading writings, and hearing sounds. They also aren't limited to biology as they can affect things that normally wouldn't be infected like the soul, mind, inorganic material, the sky, and even concepts. It should be noted that the user isn't manipulating ordinary, everyday diseases, but entirely novel pathogens that don't have to follow the rules of how a disease typically works.
Depending on the user's skill and knowledge, they can craft new pathogens that can do stuff that would be impossible for an ordinary disease to do like a virus that can turn things into metal; this is because the infectious substances/essence the user makes are not natural at all and don't have to follow any or most of the limitations of physics and reality due to their esoteric nature.
