Capabilities
User can grant a blissful and resting death to anyone or anything that is stuck being alive, such as reanimated corpses and users of Cursed Resurrection, but without actually having to kill them. This can bypass/ignore powers that force the target to stay alive unnaturally and also ensures the target affected can stay dead by granting them peace of mind in the afterlife.

Because of the power of Dove, Donald Hall (DC Comics) was granted perfect peace and a true eternal rest in death, which made him immune to the Black Lanterns reanimation powers.
Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (Naruto) was able to undo Orochimaru's Summoning Jutsu: Reanimation/Impure World Reincarnation, freeing the four Hokage from their reanimation forms to return them to their eternal rest.
When asked by Sam Winchester if he could give him a permanent death free from the possibility of resurrection, Death (Supernatural) assured him that he could.
