Capabilities[]
The user can condemn their target to a literal eternity of unending torture and suffering with no possibilities of escape not even in death, making their victims endure an absolute pain that could prove beyond what anyone could possibly imagine. Their agony in mind, body and souls is forever bound to them and will forever anguish with many terrible fates and cruel the thought of their torment being eternal.
Depending on how it is applied, the user can turn the target immortal enough to not die from the torment, or the immortality itself is the torment, or the torture is just known as so awful the victim only reliefs after death.
