User can descend/recede/ground the existence/level of existence of others, allowing them to force and restrict the expansion of the targets existence/presence to only a single location, space, and/or time. Using this power, they can drag down the nigh-omnipresent or unity beings from their expanded/higher connection to reality and confine them to a single place.
User can affect any/all powers that expand the users existence regardless of their nature including - Expanded Presence, Selective Unity, Unity, and etc.
