User can descend/recede/ground the existence/level of existence of others, allowing them to force and restrict the expansion of the targets existence/presence to only a single location, space, and/or time. Using this power, they can drag down the omnipresent or unity beings from their expanded/higher connection to reality and confine them to a single place.
