The power to regress anything/everything to pre-existance. Opposite to Extreme Progression. Not to be confused with Devolution.
Capabilities
The user can regress anything and/or everything beyond the point of it's conceptualization, making who or whatever comes under it's effect fade back to basics, to abject powerlessness then eventually fade to nothing. Adept users can even employ this power to splice past events to create whole new happenstances.
