Capability
The user can take on the abilities and attributes of fairies. These creatures are believed to be nature spirits, pagan gods, demons, or mostly angels alligned with neither Heaven or Hell. The user can gain a physiology of pure energy (Quintessence) and could be just as strong/powerful as a user Angelic or Demonic Mimicry. A possible appearance would be human size with purple skin, elf ears and white sigil(tattoos) on their body with small horns.
Personality
Users could be free, and fun loving as described in the myths. As a "neutral angel" you would have an attitude towards mortal beings that can be apathetic toward them, and their affairs. However, this does not mean they will not join in a fight, but could be because they find it fun.
