The ability to create and manipulate residual irradiated material, such as radioactive dust or ash. A combination of Dust Manipulation and Radiation Manipulation.
Capabilities
The user is able to take surrounding dust and irradiate it to where it can cause harm on contact, creating painful mutations or damaging mucous membranes. Over a wide area, one could poison the land making it impossible to grow anything or live for miles.
