Issei Hyoudou (High School DxD) can increase his abilities every ten second's through his boosted gear augmentation infinitely.

Capabilities

The user's powers or abilities increase over time with no limit and can keep gradually increasing, essentially forever. Even in their beginning, they are capable of achieving feats comparable to be under the league of gods. This makes their potential limitless and immeasurable, allowing them to perform any feat in due time/eventually.

Levels

• Basic Level - The user slowly but surely starts to gain superpowers and abilities, at the rate of maximum one per one month and minimum one per one week. The user will not get logic-defying powers at this level and the user will now be able to create and acquire stronger powers, but they gain the ability of being able to enhance their abilities/condition/superpowers while having a ability that diminishes other superhuman(s) abilities/condition/superpowers.

• Medium Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least one per day, and get mostly weak powers while also gaining the ability to strengthen their condition/status.

• Normal Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least 1 per hour. The user will now be able to acquire stronger powers. The user does not gain a extra power-related ability at this level but gain a luck boost for better powers.

• Powerful Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least 1 per minute. The user will now be able to acquire stronger powers. The user gains a extreme luck boost, but is still not immune to getting weak, useless or normal powers.

• Cosmic Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least 5 per second. The user will now get more powerful powers and a extreme luck boost, the user's abilities and powers all get listed and sorted in a system-like window. The user will now be able to acquire stronger powers.

• Ultimate Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least 5 per millisecond. The user will now be able to acquire stronger powers.

• Absolute Level - The user starts to get superpowers and abilities at the rate of at least 100 per nanosecond. The user will now get more powers that can control the "absolutes" of the world. With a new ability to completely control and manipulate abilities. The user will most likely become Nigh/Omnipotence
