Their bodies are void-black with white, star-speckled outlines and can range from infant to titanic adult size. Each possesses immense reality-warping power, capable of creating or destroying entire universes on a whim. Unique to their species is a dual (or in Alien X’s case, triple) personality structure typically a Voice of Love and a Voice of Rage that must agree on any action, making them nearly omnipotent yet often indecisive in practice.
The Anti-Monitor (DC Comics) is born on Qward’s moon in the antimatter universe, the Anti-Monitor is a rage-fueled entity driven to destroy positive matter worlds. He wields antimatter manipulation, reality warping, and cosmic-scale destructive forces, famously consuming entire universes to fuel his power. His war with his counterpart, the Monitor, nearly erased all of existence during Crisis on Infinite Earths before Kal-L sacrificed himself to defeat him.
The Great Evil Beast (DC Comics) is also called the Great Darkness, this primordial force embodies all evil and existed before creation. Awakened by demonic sorcery in American Gothic, it rampaged through heaven and hell, trampling angels and demons alike. Only Swamp Thing’s lesson that darkness needs light convinced it to merge with the Presence’s hand, balancing good and evil eternally.

The Living Tribunal (Marvel Comics) is a tri-faced humanoid embodiment of Multiversal Law, he judges realities to preserve cosmic balance, intervening when any one universe grows too powerful or corrupt. His three faces—Equity, Vengeance, Necessity must agree for him to act. He ranks above all cosmic beings except the One Above All.
