Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning (DC Comics) on multiple occasions has displayed the ability to use a mystical form of lighting that is colored black. With this form of lightning, he is able to bypass the limitations & rules normal electricity & lightning.

The power to manipulate the dark/destructive aspects of lightning. Variation of Dark Element Manipulation. Combination of Electricity Manipulation and Negative Forces Manipulation. Opposite to Pure Lightning Manipulation. Not to be confused with Demonic Lightning Manipulation.

In essence, this is about solely controlling the negative powers of electricity.
