The user has inborn actions/attacks/movements that are developed at such a level to the point of mastery and beyond at birth. The user thus does not need to train or learn how to use them, though they can always improve. Even if a new kind of action, attack or movement is granted to the user, they will have it at a high or the highest level, regardless of experience. They are able to have the body and knowledge to use such abilities, and can use them effectively regardless of physical fitness.
