Thomas "Tom" Judge (Top Cow Productions) inherited a powerful mystical relic which has the penultimate jurisdictional sway over heaven & hell thought only to belong to God himself. Hence his title as its wielder, The Rapture.

Capabilities

Users are an omega human; a prime human who obtains a newly enhanced physiology, newfound abilities and a greater level of power by hosting a superior force/source who are deeply connected to and can harness to their will. In having such power through enigmatic source they grow to become a far more immensely powerful beyond all the members of human species, including their extant variants, making them a unique member of their kind, inheriting a new physiological condition, traits, abilities and appearance that reflect both the nature of their power and their humanity.

Depending on the power source's nature (be it supernatural, scientific, magical, divine, cosmic, etc,) users may gain an array of abilities based on the particular nature either through spring it all to the user as a conduit, allowing them to use it to enhance their qualities and status which can have a powerful effect to their humanity coexisting with the power's core/focal point, utilizing the force however they see fit and inheriting the pros and cons coming from the force. Or the other hand, the user might have a symbiotic relationship with said force, if sentient, benifiting each other cooperatively.

As opposed to alpha humans, Omega Humans are on their own classification altogether, on the grounds of their differing origins: Alpha Humans are the result of exalting humanity's greatest qualities and externalizing them to the forefront under a physiological state; Omega Humans are the result of hosting a innately powerful source of varying natures granting abilities equaling Alpha Humans when it comes to scale, however, they profoundly reliant on source they're connected.

Enough acclimatization and experience make the users be capable to achieve an unique state of being/form, defining them who they essentially are as human, never straying from it, nevertheless, on a league of their own compared to both the supernatural/natural human community, to arguably be regarded as "The Ultimate Human".
