The user can create fantastic-matter by manifesting it in any location and with whatever quantity desired. Fantastic-matter have supernatural material properties and are often extremely rare and valuable. Specific types of fantastic matter may be known for indestructibility while other types are known for exceptionalism as a power source. The user can generate fantastic-matter by combining precursor materials (particularly in the case of fantastic compounds or fantastic alloys) or by drawing it from already existing sources.
