The user can fly by using fantastic-matter, by emitting a burst of fantastic-matter into the ground that sends them flying into the air, user can also do this by producing an aura of the fantastic-matter which would levitate them, or a beam of the fantastic-matter to the ground, but it can also be wings, producing wings from fantastic-matter.
