Capabilities

The user can dramatically increase fatty tissue in the bodies of oneself and/or others. They can accomplish this by either manipulating the bodies of others directly or by other means. Most known users make an addition to or otherwise prepare food in a certain way which makes it abnormally fattening and addictive.

Applications

Fat Expansion: affecting others.
Gluttony Inducement
Immobilization: with excessive weight.
Health Reduction: excessive weight can lead to health issues.
Heart Stopping: excessive weight can lead to heart attacks.

Addictive Contentment: causing others to become addicted to fattening foods.

Limitations

May be limited to increasing the fat of others or only themselves.
May require subjects to eat large quantities of food for power to work.
Effects may wear off within a certain amount of time or if user is destroyed.
Users of Accelerated Metabolism are resistant or maybe completely immune.
Temperance Inducement is a perfect counter.
