Capability[]
The user can manipulate reality based on fears, either the user’s own or others or ambient emotional terror. It treats fear not as a weakness, but as a raw, and volatile energy source capable of bending the laws of existence. Fear comes from not wanting something to happen which means that things are more likely to go to your favor, if you fear death, you won’t die and if you fear for someone’s life they’ll be protected.

Ancient Atlanteans (DC Comics) developed a form of magic that manifested their thoughts into reality, but it grew out of their control when it began manifesting their fears as well, such as the collective fear that Atlantis will sink.
Parallax (DC Comics) is the embodiment of Fear, is capable of generating, and manipulating vast amounts of energy. He can also manipulate reality in a variety of ways, such as creating and destroying entire new planets, and even the universe.
Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise) can affect reality through dreams as nightmares. Those who die at his hands in the dream world with their fears die for real.
Scarecrow (Injustice 2) uses his sickle to rip open a hole in reality, as crows come out to signal the coming of an even bigger chain coming from inside the rip. The opponent is then pulled into a graveyard, where a gigantic version of Scarecrow drags the opponent with the chain, smashing and pounding them into the ground twice. The move eventually ends with Scarecrow smashing the opponent downwards into a grave with their name engraved on the headstone.
Pennywise the Dancing Clown (Stephen King’s It) is an ancient cosmic entity feeding on fear. Pennywise shapeshifts into personal nightmares (dead siblings, lepers, spiders), materializes phobic visions (balloons, black goo, children’s laughter), and uses the Deadlights pure fear light to warp perception and break wills.
