On top of that characters are well equipped their own unique gear and abilities. The user can alter/remake physical features, reshape and reconstruct them, customize their various properties and upgrade them and their capabilities.

Unlike Fictional Mimicry, however, the user isn't simply duplicate and combine any pre-existing fictional or nonexistent characters, but instead is creating entirely forms either from there imagination and/or a previous working foundation of media or fictional works.
