Morality Transcendence
When Galactus (Marvel Comics) acts on his hunger, he is also carrying out a necessary cosmic function. Therefore, his acts while ruining the lives of entire planets aren't made with the vilest or best of intentions. He simply acts on them due to a greater directive, leaving morality out of the question, and he even has the capacity to feel guilt over those killed in his rampages.
Power/Ability to:	Be above morality or be unable to feel the notions right and wrong.

Capabilities

The user is unable to feel the notions right and wrong, therefore has no sense of right and wrong. Alternatively the user could be a being that transcends the notions of right and wrong, either because they don't apply to them or because their morality is alien to normal beings. The user is beyond good and evil and even neutrality because they exists beyond any moral concepts.

Sōsuke Aizen (Bleach) considers both good and evil to be equally meaningless concepts in his pursuit of godhood.

Guardian of the Soul King, Ichibē Hyōsube (Bleach) only cares that the "foundations" of the world remain the same; regardless of wether good or evil rules the worlds, all that matters to him in the grand scheme is that the status quo remains unchanged.

While generally a good-hearted person himself, Solas (Dragon Age) refuses to believe in concepts such as "good vs evil"; believing that oversimplifying any conflicts in such a way only makes them worse.

Angels (Dragon Ball Super)

Grand Zeno/Omni-King (Dragon Ball Super) is stated to be "both innocent and noble", however, both of these traits also make him very dangerous, as he does not always understand conventional morality of mortals.

The Alien (Gleipnir) has absolutely no understanding of human morality, and cannot even comprehend the fact that he has personally ruined the lives of tons of people or that his actions have lead to the deaths of those that weren't involved with him or the Coin Game.

The Childlike Empress (The Neverending Story)

As an Incubator, Kyubey (Puella Magi Madoka) has no moral standings or emotions to hinder him. As his reasoning is that preventing the Heat Death of the Universe is the only thing that truly matters and thus doesn't care if the lives he ruins are good or evil.

Mok Swagger (Rock & Rule) grew beyond the concepts of good and evil that he doesn't acknowledge his actions of being the latter when being asked about it.

Glossaryck (Star vs. the Forces of Evil) has no side in regards of right/good and wrong/evil.

Amara/Darkness (Supernatural)

The Sapphire Dragon (Xiaolin Showdown) has no understanding of right or wrong or good or evil, its only purpose is to turn everyone and everything, good, evil or indifferent; into a sapphire statue.

Balancer (Valkyrie Crusade) being the weigher/balancer of all things, is completely amoral.
