Users of this ability can either mimic the traits of a Keukegen or are one, a Keukegen is a type of disease-spirit from Japanese folklore that manifests as a humanoid creature made out of dirty long hair, around the size of a small dog, the creature will haunt homes that are dirty and spread misfortune and disease to any who live within, though they do not do so out of malice.

They are an embodiment of the dangers and disease that spreads when one neglects one's home and thus the only way to truly be rid of them is to clean one's home, which causes the spirits to flee as they require dirty conditions to exist.
