Capabilities[]
The user can manipulate the perspectives of oneself or others about everything, allowing them to cause it so that they view reality to their liking rather than the true state of reality itself.
Perspective is what links the image of an object to the object itself, and so by touching what one sees, one can touch the object itself - thus, it is possible to hold a distant mountain in the palm of one’s hand. Perspective allows a single drop of rain to fill an entire ocean, or an entire ocean to be held in a cup. Through perspective, ten thousand things can become one, intent can become action, and something unseen can cease to exist entirely. With a subtle shift of perspective, it is possible to crack the earth with a single finger, or to pluck the glowing disc that is the sun from the sky.
In a practical sense, manipulating perspective itself is to impose its understanding onto reality, changing it to the user's view. In other hand, manipulating others' perspectives is to show a specific view of reality of the target. User can also create a very powerful illusion on target that they would not even suspect it is being manipulated and completely believe it is the reality they are seeing. The user can create a powerful form of illusion that it makes the reality of the victims to be changed to please their senses, making it a nigh-omnipotent illusion and, as well, reality warping relative to one's perspective.
Perspective Manipulation warps reality for an individual - they experience an altered reality, whilst everyone else continues to experience the baseline reality. Even if the individual dies in the baseline reality, from their perspective, that may have never happened. It is reality warping relative to an individual. This is also why it's capable of creating Nigh-Omnipotent illusions - to the individual, what they are seeing is reality.
This allows Perspective Manipulation to have powers like Complete Arsenal, since it can just make it so that, from your perspective, you have every power. In objective reality, you don't, but as far as you (or the individual you are using the power on) is concerned, you do. It is important to remember, however, that in all cases this does not affect objective reality, and the user is still very much limited to operating within a select few perspectives.
