Users have indomitably strong fear, a powerful emotion that happens in response to a perceived or actual threat. Fear is one of the most powerful motivators within the human psyche, as it is a vital constituent of self-preservation. Thus, extremely powerful feelings of fear can push the user to perform feats they otherwise could not, and perhaps surpass those who have less fear.
