The user is a living embodiment of the "Evil Eye" and thus not only has incredibly destructive and varied attacks based on sight but is a conceptual being that may transcend certain aspects of the natural world; some may even be godlike in nature. Personifications of the Evil Eye have existed in multiple cultures across history, often going hand in hand with the supposed curse itself - often such creatures have a Cyclops-like appearance or other inhumanly ugly or monstrous attributes that further signify them as harbingers of destruction and ruin. Universally evil in alignment, embodiment of the Evil Eye are thus powerful demons, monsters, dark or evil gods but can also easily be eldritch beings in wider fiction.

Due to being living embodiment of the evil eye most of these beings have a significant weak point, namely their supernatural eye, which, if damaged or removed, can weaken or even kill them.
