The power to use the abilities of a heavyworlder. Variation of Alien Physiology. Opposite of Lightworlder Physiology.
Also Called[]
- High-Gravity Physiology
Capabilities[]
The user is a heavyworlder, a creature adjusted to high-gravity environments (such as super earths, mini-neptunes, gas giants, etc...). In response to the intense gravity impacting their entire body and the adaptation period, their physical body is enhanced (stronger bones/muscles, increased maneuverability, etc...) depending on the gravitational pressure due to evolving to withstand such pressure. This also allows users to thrive in higher-gravitational worlds that weak life cannot survive on.
Applications[]
- Gravitation Adaptation - Only on heavy worlds.
- Gravitational Maneuverability - Possible and efficiency depends on how little the local gravity is.
- Weight Defiance - Possible a side-effect.
- Gravitational Maneuverability - Possible and efficiency depends on how little the local gravity is.
- Small Size - Heavy gravity can prevent physical grow.
- Vacuum Adaptation - Possible
Associations[]
Limitations[]
- May end up adapting to other planets, losing their effectiveness.
- Adapting to a planet with lower gravity may lead to harm on the user's body should they return.
- May have to have lived in heavy-world for a long period regardless of genetics.
