As long as the nucleus in his head is intact, Cell (Dragon Ball series) can recover after every near fatal experience. Additionally, thanks to his Saiyan cells, he is able to use the Saiyan Power to recover and become even more powerful, becoming Super Perfect Cell.

The user can enter an extremely higher state beyond super form that one's powers and potential are strengthened to a higher degree that can exceed beyond their given limits; significant increasing all their strength, speed, and skills, gaining new abilities, and having their previous ones strengthened to an even greater league of power that can prove itself to be unlimited, making them undoubtedly invincible and overpowering beings.

In their unique transformations, users can enhance and change their bodies and physiology to better fit the raw power and limitless energy they unleash, even if said transformation may lead a radiant, evolved or even a monstrous form so long as they can handle their powers.

The extremeness to the level of power they possess can prove so great that it can dangerously effect anything around them and possibly even themselves if not experienced enough to control it. If mastered, users are capable of becoming the most powerful beings in their world, but if users achieve such a form unprepared and untrained, they may cause an overload of power so great users may risk losing control or even losing their power.

Users who push their powers and form to their maximum can even reach Zenith Form, the complete apex of their physical form as they can ascended beyond even hyper form to gain an event greater level of power that can prove transcending.
