Capabilities

The user has another mouth, face, or even a whole tiny head contained inside their mouth or esophagus. This layered appendage is often protractile and can extend far beyond the external mouth to seize prey and pull it back into or behind the oral jaws for ingestion.

The interior mouth may be part of the user or a separate and independent entity of some kind and can work separately or in tandem with the external mouth.
