The ability to use the powers and characteristics of the final girl archetype. Variation of Fictional Trope Physiology. A counterpart to Slasher Villain Physiology.

Capabilities
User is or can use the powers associated with the Final Girl archetype. As a final girl, the user is driven to survive and kill the monster or killer that threatens their lives by any means and thus, has unlocked strengths and skills that have laid dormant within them.

Limitations
