Due to his symbiotic relationship with Verse and an unknown blue creature Shun'ei (The King of Fighters series) can can control fire with his left hand and water with his his right hand, allowing him to use both elements in powerful combinations.

The power to manipulate water with fire properties/fire with water properties. Variation of Elemental Mixture. Combination of Fire and Water Manipulation. Not to be confused with Liquid Fire or Underwater-Fire Manipulation.
