This includes causing plants to grow at incredible rates, sprout vines to ensnare her enemies, or causing plants to mutate into thick briars of thorns to block passages.

Kadma (W.I.T.C.H.), a former Guardian of Earth though she is much more experienced in using them, and much more aware of their true potential, than her younger counterpart., therefore she presumably has the same powers as Cornelia Hale, the current Guardian of Earth.
