Capabilities

The user can create fog, making it hard to see them or anything. The user could use the fog generated to blind their foes so they can escape. They could also use it to fight, hit and run as their foes cannot see them.

Applications

  • Blind foes to escape.
  • Blind foes to attack them without being seen.
  • Advanced users can cover an entire city in fog, causing chaos by making car drivers blind and crashing.
  • May gain a form of Tracking Evasion.
