Capabilities
The user can generate fog, making it hard to see them or anything. The user could use the fog generated to blind their foes so they can escape. They could also use it to fight, hit and runs as their foes cannot see them.
Applications
- Blind foes to escape.
- Blind foes to attack them without being seen.
- Advanced users can cover an entire city in fog, causing chaos by making car drivers blind and crashing.
- May gain a form of Tracking Evasion.
Limitations
- Users of Weather Manipulation and Vapor Manipulation can easily clear the fog, revealing the user.
- May have limited range at a low level.
- May have problems with controlling the fog at a low level.
