May take time to prepare the food.
The food needs to be consumed in order for the healing process to take effect.
Depending on how serious the wound/disease is, the food has to be prepared with the finest qualities. As in, to heal/cure more lethal wounds/diseases, the more quality of the ingredients has to be used for the food to treat them.
Might only work for the user or only for those who eaten the user's food.
May not provide nutritional nourishment.
May not fill up their stomach.
If someone is medically/biological incapable of eating, or at least does not have a mouth, might need to find some way to consume the food.
