The user of this power can manipulate the concept of fun itself and thus affect the enjoyment people are having in particular situations. One can make something like video or computer games not as fun to some as it should be, or make an otherwise boring meeting fun to the attendees.
This may also extend to creating fun in many forms, from fun objects to fun times/events, or making events play out in a "Fun" way, to the enjoyment of others... pretty much make the event and do so to the enjoyment of all around. Adversely, the user could do the opposite, and make a event very much unfun, and unenjoyable.
