The Cluster Gems (Steven Universe) used to be Gems that have been forcefully fused, causing them to turn into horrific and monstrous Flesh Golems.

Capabilities

The user can undergo genetic mutation through unstable fusionism, allowing them to become monstrous mutants of terrifying power through instability, which can be caused in a variety of ways beforehand.

As usual, this is the most unstable power to possess, allowing the user to go through genetic instability which results in mutations into a full-fledged monstrosity. However, aside from that, the user will still be granted more powers and abilities as they mutate gradually.

Limitations

• It is the most unstable power to have by far, and the user might not be able to unfuse in this state.

Fusion Zamasu (Dragon Ball Super) despite being equally powerful thanks to fusing with Goku Black, had gained a form known as Half-Corruption, which as its name implies, the half of his body had been almost genetically mutated into purple slime.

Seth Brundle (The Fly Series) had become a fly mutant because due to a failed teleportation experiment when a Fly had hovered into the device, thus causing him to slowly mutate over time.
