Capabilities

The user, either innately or through training, is a master of gambling, the wagering of money or something of value (referred to as "the stakes") on an event with an uncertain outcome, with the primary intent of winning money or material goods. Gambling thus requires three elements to be present: consideration (an amount wagered), risk (chance), and a prize. The outcome of the wager is often immediate, such as a single roll of dice, a spin of a roulette wheel, or a horse crossing the finish line, but longer time frames are also common, allowing wagers on the outcome of a future sports contest or even an entire sports season.

The user is able to automatically predict the best outcome for oneself and their winnings. Using this ability, the user can become wealthy very quickly and easily, and perform feats such as always making gambles that generate profits, making the right choice when it comes to making bets and gambling, and predicting the best time to make a gamble.

This is the ultimate gambling mechanism, since the user will automatically gamble with perfect skill, technique and timing. The users full and complete mastery in gambling and anything related to gambling makes the user the ultimate gambler.

Outside of games, their luck and skill also afford them a measure of good fortune in real life.
