Capabilities

User with this ability either is or can transform into an Garuda, a lesser Hindu Divinity and the companion of the god Vishnu as well as a race of enormous predatory birds with intelligence and social organization. They have the golden body of a strong human with red or golden wings, and an eagle's beak, large enough to block out the sun.

They also have the ability to grow large or small, to appear and disappear at will, and at least some of them have the magical power of changing into human form when they wish to have dealings with people.
