Capabilities

User has no DNA or other genetic coding/information deciding their traits/identity, being able to exist without any form of genetic information or material to confirm or deny their existence. This makes them immune to any form of cellular or genetic manipulating powers.

Unlike Energy Physiology who have no genetic information by default, this is for any being/lifeform without any genetic material to decide who they are or to pass on to others.
