Limitations[]

Removing/preventing user from using their hands will prevent the use of this power.
Performing complex hand gestures/seals/signs may need training.
User may need to complete their hand gestures before the power can manifest.
- Interruptions will probably render said power useless, or lead do severe consequences.
Since the power requires a physical gesture of some kind to activate a user could potentially be defeated (or stalled) by injury/removal of a limb or some binding technique that prevents them from performing the gesture (of course this relies on the user being capable of being harmed or contained in a timely fashion).
