Goo Generation/Manipulation
Ivan Ooze (MMPR the Movie) can control ooze, slime, and goo
Power/Ability to:	Create and/or control "goo"

The ability to create, disperse, and in some cases control ooze, slime, and goo. Also known as Slime Secretion. Ways of manifesting the substance include releasing liquid from one's orifices, or other types of summoning it, such as from the mouth, or skin.

Capabilities

The user may create slippery or sticky goo or slime, and then use it in any way they wish, whether that be to cover an area or opponent with it, to harm an enemy, or even in some cases to sustain themselves. Some types of goo produced may be toxic or carrying a disease of some kind, or may have other effects, including producing huge amounts of heat or inducing mutations upon contact with living beings.

Uses

• Make a usually simple terrain difficult to pass
• Make enemies have difficulty attacking or moving
• Create binds or makeshift handcuffs, or just stick your opponent to a wall

• Clog engines or cause machinery problems
• Cover oneself in goo to create a makeshift shield
• Creating a sticky, acidic goo
• Using it to climb completely vertical surfaces
• Make opponents sick with toxic ooze

Limits

• Enemy/target must be in contact with the ooze for it to have any effects.
• Projected streams/ globs of ooze my have limited range due to its stickyness.
• Low-level may be limited on the amount of goo they can produce.

Techniques

• Spewing: Launch high velocity streams of slime from one's mouth.
• Spitting: Spit a small blob or "bullet" of goo.
• Spreading: Smear goo or slime on a surface in a way that resembles fingerpainting. Could be used to set traps, etc.
• Climbing: Emit small amounts of slime in order to adhere to surfaces and climb.
• Animation: In some cases the slime produced by the user could be sentinent and under the user's control.
• Goo Form: assume a form made out of ooze or slime. can be sticky, slippery, acidic, etc. also allows a faux "intagibility" by letting the offending object pass through the user
