They dictate what abilities and physiologies each living thing would have if they were to be created.

- The user may not be able to create the lifeforms they design. They may only have lordship over how they are design and not of the actual creation process.
- Their design might need to be approved by a higher being.
- Each design may still need to obey the laws of physics.
