The user can generate and manipulate green fire within them in a way that allows them to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, blasts, streams, beams, spits, spheres, lasers, and even a mist of it from the mouth.

Continuous green flame may be limited by an individual's lung capacity or ability to continuously exhale/blow without stopping.
User must be able to breath in and out.
Can damage users mouth if it is closed while discharging.
Fire Immunity/Heat Immunity/Fire Absorption/Fire Consumption/Power Immunity.
Unless they have resistance/immunity, the user risks harming themselves.
May require some form of internal fuel to keep the fire going, limiting how long it can be used.
The user may not be able to use this power if the throat is damaged.
The user's mouth may be the only part of them resistant to their own power.
Can be countered by ice and water abilities.
