Description[]
The user's attacks, in whatever form they take, always inflict damage with every successful strike. Regardless of the targets defenses or toughness, they cannot take such blows and emerge unharmed.
Certain versions of this ability even guarantee a minimum amount of damage, ignoring Damage Reduction-type defenses and powers.
