The power to always successfully land an attack. Sub-power of Absolute Accuracy and Absolute Precision. Not to be confused with Targeting or Homing Effect.

Capabilities

The user's attacks, in whatever form they take, never miss, always successfully striking their target. Regardless of the target's skills or dodging capability, they cannot evade.

  • Target Lock Disruption

Limitations

• While the user's attacks cannot be dodged, they may be able to be blocked.
  • The attack being unable to miss doesn't mean that it will do damage.
• May not counter things like Attack Prevention.
• May be countered by various levels of Evasion.
