Quantum Caira (Evolve), a variation of Caira Diaz, uses a regeneration field through her grenade launcher that has a similar effect.
Ana Amari (Overwatch) has the Biotic Rifle, which shoots projectiles to attacks enemies and heal allies, as her weapon of choice. She can also fire Biotic Grenades to heal allies near the point of impact.
Jean-Baptiste Augustin's (Overwatch) Biotic Launcher is a hybrid of a grenade launcher and an assault rifle. It can fire bullets in 3-round burst to attack enemies and biotic grenade munitions to heal his allies near the point of impact.
Moira O'Deorain (Overwatch) can use her left Biotic Grasp to expend biotic energy to heal her allies in front of her.

Mina "Thunderbird" Sky (Rainbow Six) can deploy her sentry gun-like Kóna Stations to heal and even revive herself and/or her teammates from a distance. They can also provide a temporary boost of health to Thunderbird and/or his teammates.
Raven (Tales of Vesperia) can use his Love Shot technique to fire a syringe-shaped arrow at his target to heal her.
Mr. Ludwig/The Medic (Team Fortress 2) can repair anyone's physical condition with his Medi Gun. He can also activate the Medi Gun's ÜberCharge to grant himself and his patient 8 seconds of guaranteed invulnerability.
